premarital ***(CENSORED)

scene 1:some days ago, kushboo, a south indian actress had to apolozize because she said that there is nothing wrong in protected pre marital sex.

scene 2: famous tenis player sania mirza said she did not said anything in favour of pre-marital sex and her words were misinterpreted.

scene 3: a police man asked a couple to follow them because they were lying together in victoria memorial ground in kolkata.(u won't find it in news paper like the previous ones. but it's avery common thing and....i'm not saying anything more)

conclusion: indian people are very good and they are strictly against pre-marital sex. all lovers do is whispering sweet nothings in each other's ears. people who display affection in public should go to jail.

the reality: indian youth is as normal as their counter part in any other part of the globe. and they have biological urges, how ever the moral police tries to deny that. and they are engaged in all the activities love demand, be it emotional or physical attachment.
normal relationship and platonic love do not co-exixt. and the sexual hormones do not start working only after marriage. will they ever understand????????

it's a classic example of "delaying gratification". there are benefits to it though. but everything is really up to the (mature) couple. if they engage in premarital sex, fine. so long as they take full responsibility of their actions.

Sex is a very strong biological need. However sex after marriage has a purpose of not only evolution but also a medium of expressing love between couples. If sex becomes a mere need of the body then it can not be enjoyed in true sense and becomes monotonous. This is the reason why many marriages are failing now a days. Because the concept of sex is not very clear and a lot of importance is paid to this subject in negative sense. It is therefore duty of the parents to talk freely on the subject with their kids and enlighten them.
Btw Gud to see you on my blog...keep visiting..

hello, anonymous zombie!! won't u make a come back. i really miss ur blog!!and i think many on the blogosphere will share my pain.

probably i couldn't express myself totally. i know sex is a medium of expressing love. and my point is that why that medium should restrict itself only post marriage??

and debarati,
thanks for not mentioning ur tummy ache.
and abaniko, what are the responsibilities in safe sex???

Moral Police - what morals do they themselves have?

And as for sex - there's nothing that can stop it, even school kids do it. Policing will only make the matters worse, what is needed is education - so that there are no regrets later.

Results of the controversy : Kushboo and company

1. Pre Marital sex is here!. That's the truth. There is no denying it. That's the gist of what Kushboo said (not me!) Its NOT just metros or Mumbai or Delhi that the "pre marital sex" is happening. There are also extra maritals going on all over India

2. *Tamil Nadu is NO exception*. There are surveys that show that approx 40% of college students have had sex before marriage !!! Now please don't come back and tell me ONLY MEN had sex, and that too all by themselves...

3. Tamil movies have as much sex portrayed in them as bollywood movies. In fact there is a great competition there in showing more sex

4. What happens in Indian cities gets noticed and has a multiplier effect. It's soon followed by others in smaller towns and villages

5. The dress, the dance, the music... the cinema ... these have always moved from cities to towns to villages

6. So would this "sex" thing move to every place

7. Womens lib is calling this "freedom of expression" and *supporting Kushboo*

8. So to me it looks like Kushboo has a point. *Men who expect their wife to be a virgin are fools*

Our society has to understand that different people have different views. And people have every right to live their lives the way they feel is right. Besides pre marital sex is a very personal issue, and other people shud mind their own business and keep out of it.

I so agree with u...sexual hormones dont depend on which culture u come from! For goddsakes wake up's a very personal choice so let ppl make their own decisions.

Don't you display the same sort of closed mind when you say it is not possible to have a platonic love relationship?
